Hello December.

Another month has come and gone. I can hardly believe that there is only 24 days left until Christmas. So what happened in November?

  • I applied for a job at our operations center, was offered the job, but unfortunately had to turn it down because the salary increase did not justify the additional drive.
  • I saw ‘Thor: The Dark World” and “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” – two movies which I loved.
  • A good friend came up over Veteran’s Day Weekend. We had a lovely, relaxing weekend. I plan on posting about our time together tomorrow – just in time for me to head down to Florida for a few days later on this week to meet up with him again.
  • Thanksgiving. Spent it at my granny’s house where we feasted and put up her Christmas decorations. It’s memories like that – eating my granny’s 16-layer chocolate cake, pulling her Christmas boxes down from the attic – that I will cherish when she’s gone.

That’s about it. Today, although chilly, was a nice sunny day, so me, mom, and the cats enjoyed some fresh air.
